Exceptional customer service! During our stay, I forgot my pyjama at the hostel. One of the staff members took the time to go to the post office and find the cheapest way to have it delivered to me. It only took a week and cost less than $10, even though I live in Switzerland! This level of care and effort was better than any 5-star hotel I've stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near public transport and several tourist attractions, accompanied by helpful staff that offer valuable advice. The private rooms include comfy and sufficient amenities, such as a full-sized bed, free hair dryers, and a separate building that offers utmost privacy. Additionally, the free and delectable breakfast that includes pancakes, syrup, bread, jam, tea/coffee, and yogurt will give you a kickstart for the day.
One downside is that some rooms lack proper temperature regulation, giving guests discomfort during their stay.
